Ministry Minded Mom carries both physical and digital products in our store. Please carefully read each product description to determine if you are purchasing a physical or a digital product.
All digital items are described using terms like: "digital", "printable", "eBook", "eCourse", "online course", "downloadable", "download", "virtual", "PDF", "ZIP", "file", etc.
If you are unsure of whether something is physical or digital please contact us using the contact form on this site or email email@example.com PRIOR to making a purchase.
We have a different return and refund policy depending on if you have purchased a physical or a digital item.
Returns and Refunds for Digital Products
Digital products are those products within the Ministry Minded Mom store described using terms that pertain to digital products. Terms like like: "digital", "printable", "eBook", "eCourse", "online course", "downloadable", "download", "virtual", "PDF", "ZIP", "file", etc.
Due to the nature of these types of products, they are unable to be returned, and thus non-refundable. All sales are final for digital products using the terms described above or any other terms that are typically used to describe digital items. No refunds for digitally-delivered products will be offered under any circumstances.
All digital items are clearly marked and described as such within product descriptions (at the very least). So it is the buyer's responsibility to fully read the product's description so as to be aware of the nature of the product they are purchasing.
Returns and Refunds for Physical Products
Physical products are described as those products that are shipped directly to your mailing address and not described using terms typically reserved for digital items (as described above in the "Returns and Refunds for Digital Products" section).
Our physical products return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your physical item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable and non-refundable items:
- Gift cards
- Digital items described using the terms: "digital", "printable", "eBook", "eCourse", "online course", "downloadable", "download", "virtual", "PDF", "ZIP", "file", etc. (as described in the "Returns and Refunds for Digital Products" section above)
- Online courses and anything delivered digitally and not physically to your mailing address (as described in the "Returns and Refunds for Digital Products" section above)
- Some health and personal care items
Due to the nature of the items above we cannot offer returns or refunds for these at this time.
For those items which are eligible for return, in order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
For physical items, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: P.O. Box 51, Ortonville, MI, 48462, United States.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your physical product, you should mail your product to: P.O. Box 51, Ortonville, MI, 48462, United States.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
After an item (physical or digital) has been purchased, we are unable to make price adjustments for any reason including, but not limited to:
- discount code not being properly applied
- gift card not being properly applied
- an item going on sale or discount being offered after purchase
- an item being bundled into another product you've purchased
- or any other reason
It is the buyer's responsibility to review their cart and checkout pages to ensure any discounts, codes, sales, etc. have been applied before purchasing.
Fraudulent Refund Request and Disputes
Any buyer who starts a dispute with Paypal or their bank for any other reason other than legitimate fraudulent activity or a processing error (not an error due to a customer mistake but rather an error that occurs during the processing) will forfeit all rights to purchase (or receive anything for free) from Ministry Minded Mom now and in the future.
If you feel there has been an error with your order then please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org instead of filing a dispute with Paypal or your bank. We will endeavor to sort out any issues to the best of our ability and within the limits of our Terms & Conditions and our Returns & Refunds policy.
We reserve the right to refuse service to those who endeavor to take advantage of our system in an effort to steal, misuse, or abuse our website, products, and services in any kind of way.
