The devotional is easy to read with a lovely font, beautifully decorated, easy on the eyes, nice layout, brief, and full of very practical ideas. I LOVE how you use the KJV Bible. I think the workbook and accompanying art, charts, Bible verses and Prayer topics will be great for a small group Bible study where women can encourage and support one another in their efforts to become more godly Proverbs 31 women. I especially like the cross references for each topic that help expand the study with practical application. If a woman is unable to work on this in a group, it will still be helpful for individual study. I am still happily married after 45 years because of learning to apply these principles to my marriage from the start. I still see things in this study that challenge me to be a better Proverbs 31 woman.
As a single woman, this study has been a great tool to review what I do well and what I need to work on to become a good wife. When a woman is single is a great time to work on herself to be better prepared for the future. I found the thinking questions in the devotional a great way to line myself up to how I think I would act and how I should act according to the scripture. A woman needs to be prepared for the future and trust in God. The scripture cards were a great way to memorize the verses. I put them in a place I could see them throughout the day. I recommend this study not only for the married but for the singles as well.
I've read Proverbs 31 in the past. But until doing this study I really didn't consider what each of the verses and her attributes meant for my life. I didn't really understand how I could apply what I was reading to my everyday life. But what I love about this study is that it goes verse by verse and really breaks down what each verse about the Proverbs 31 Woman is saying about her (and in turn about how you should live your own life). This has been very helpful for me in understanding her better and what I need to change in my own life.
